The liveliest town on the Palm Beach coast.

Delray Beach has spent the last two decades evolving from a quiet beach town into one of South Florida's most sought-after addresses. Atlantic Avenue runs east to west from the Intracoastal to the ocean, lined with restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and wine bars that stay busy seven nights a week.

The real estate market here rewards buyers who understand the micro-neighborhoods. A block off Atlantic can mean a significant difference in price and feel — Pat knows which streets get the best coastal breeze and which ones face weekend foot traffic.

What makes Delray worth visiting — and staying.

Morikami Museum & Japanese Gardens

Six acres of authentic Japanese gardens, a permanent collection of Japanese art, and rotating exhibitions. One of the most distinctive cultural stops in Florida.

Atlantic Avenue

The main artery of downtown Delray — miles of independent restaurants, cocktail bars, boutiques, and live music venues. Consistently named one of the best streets in Florida.

Delray Beach

A wide, well-maintained public beach with a relaxed atmosphere. Less crowded than Fort Lauderdale, with free parking and walkable access to downtown.

Pineapple Grove Arts District

A walkable arts corridor just north of Atlantic Ave — galleries, murals, studio spaces, and an annual arts festival that draws regional talent.

Delray Beach Open (Tennis)

An ATP 250 tournament held each February drawing top-ranked players to the Delray Beach Tennis Center. A signature event for the city.

Old School Square

A cultural campus anchored in Delray's historic school buildings — live performances, markets, holiday events, and one of the region's best outdoor concert venues.

Where to look when you're ready to buy.

Lake Ida

Mid-century homes on oversized lots surrounding a freshwater lake. Boating, paddleboarding, and a tight-knit neighborhood feel — one of Delray's most desirable pockets.

Tropic Isle

Deep-water Intracoastal access with dockable lots and newer construction. Popular with boaters and buyers moving from Fort Lauderdale or Miami.

Delray Shores

Affordable entry point into Delray with solid lot sizes and easy beach access. Great for buyers who want proximity to Atlantic Ave without the premium price.

Pelican Harbor

Established waterfront community near the Linton corridor — larger homes, canal lots, and strong resale history.

A few of our favorites.

32 East

New American fine dining on Atlantic Ave — long regarded as one of Delray's best. Seasonal menu, excellent wine list, reservations recommended.

City Oyster & Sushi Bar

Fresh oysters, sushi, and seafood in a lively downtown setting. A Delray institution for over 20 years.

Caffe Luna Rosa

Beachfront Italian dining with a terrace overlooking A1A. The Sunday brunch is a local ritual.
